Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(6) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st February 2005.
2. The Second Schedule to the Companies Act is amended by deleting items 107, 108 and 109.
