Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 21) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 21) Notification 2010.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Emirates Singapore Derby Online Contest” promotion to be held from 23rd June 2010 to 7th July 2010 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 7th July 2010.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 9th June 2010.
