Regulations 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 196(3) of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Casino Control (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 21st March 2012.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  Regulation 2 of the Casino Control (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 87/2010) is amended by deleting “9(1)” in paragraph (h) and substituting “9”.
