Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(8) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2009.
2. Paragraph 6 of the First Schedule to the Central Provident Fund Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item (10), the following item:
“(11) Council for Private Education.”.
