Fees (Ministry of Health) (Amendment) Order 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Ministry of Health) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 5th July 1996.
2. Paragraph 2(b) of the Fees (Ministry of Health) Order is amended by deleting “$300” and substituting “$375”.
