Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act
Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Amendment) Regulations 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st August 1997.
2. The First Schedule to the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “* Delete where inapplicable” at the end of the first page, the words “. This Form is to be used for all applications, except applications for the renewal of the licence for any medical clinic which shall be in Form D.”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after Form C, the following Form:
