Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment No.2) Rules 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 134 and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Rules:
1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) (Amendment No.2) Rules 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.
2. Rule 3 of the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules (R 28) is amended by deleting the words "E or F" and substituting the words "E, F or G".
3. The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Prescribed Offences and Prescribed Notices) Rules is amended by inserting, immediately after Form F, the following Form:
