Registration of Deeds (Amendment) Rules 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Registration of Deeds Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Rules:
1. These Rules may be cited as the Registration of Deeds (Amendment) Rules 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1998.
2. The First Schedule to the Registration of Deeds Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:
