In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13A(2) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2004.
2. The Third Schedule to the Central Provident Fund Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 15, the following item:
“15A. Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110).”.
