Enlistment Act
Enlistment (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Enlistment Act, the Minister for Defence hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Enlistment (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 26th September 2003.
2. Regulation 17 of the Enlistment Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting paragraph (3).
