Control of Manufacture Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Control of Manufacture Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Manufacture Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 30th July 2004.
2. The First Schedule to the Control of Manufacture Act is amended by deleting items 11 and 12.
