Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 3) Notification 2004
In exercise of the power conferred by section 8(6) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may cited as the Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 3) Notification 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2004.
2. The Second Schedule to the Companies Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 140, the following item:
“141.—For supplying information under item 123 for the purpose of resale | $3 per record supplied.”. |
