Passports Act
Passports (Authorised Officers) (Amendment) Regulations 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Passports Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Passports (Authorised Officers) (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 15th March 2000.
2. The Schedule to the Passports (Authorised Officers) Regulations (Rg 2, 2000 Ed.) is amended by deleting the following item:
