Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 58(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2005.
2. The Second Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the word “Zolpidem” in paragraph 1.
