Children Development Co-Savings (Amendment) Regulations 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 7 of the Children Development Co-Savings Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Children Development Co-Savings (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2010.
2. Regulation 2 of the Children Development Co-Savings Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “National Council of Social Service” in paragraph (b) of the definition of “early intervention centre”, the words “or the Centre for Enabled Living”.
