Registration of Deeds Act
Registration of Deeds (Amendment) Rules 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29(1A) of the Registration of Deeds Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:
1. These Rules may be cited as the Registration of Deeds (Amendment) Rules 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2002.
2. The First Schedule to the Registration of Deeds Rules (R 1) is amended —
(a)
by deleting “$32” in item 3 and substituting “$33”;
(b)
by deleting “$30” in item 5 and substituting “$30.90”;
(c)
by deleting “$10” in items 6 and 7 and substituting in each case “$10.30”;
(d)
by deleting “$4” in item 8 (2) and substituting “$4.15”; and
(e)
by deleting “$3” in item 9 and substituting “$3.10”.
