Misuse of Drugs Act
Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Regulations 2000 and shall come into operation on 15th May 2000.
2. Paragraph 1 of the Second Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately below the word “Difenoxin”, the word “Dihydroetorphine”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately below the word “Racemorphan”, the word “Remifentanil”.
