Authorisation under paragraph 2 not to apply in certain cases

3. The authorisation under paragraph 2 shall not apply to any operation involving the development of land as set out in —

(a)

paragraph 2(1)(a), (c), (f), (g), (h), (i), (j) and (l) where such operation is or is to be carried out within a conservation area; and

(b)

paragraph 2(1)(k) where such operation is or is to be carried out within a conservation area or a good class bungalow area.
