30.
—(1)  The promoter and every person concerned in the promotion of any entertainment or exhibition and the proprietor of any premises upon which any such entertainment or exhibition is held or is intended to be held shall upon the order in writing of the Minister or of any officer authorised by the Minister in that behalf furnish to the Minister or that officer such information as he may specify relating to the following matters:
(a)
particulars of persons concerned in the promotion of the entertainment or exhibition and the interests represented by those persons;
(b)
particulars of the persons who have agreed to participate or participated in the entertainment or exhibition or have been invited to do so and the interests represented by those persons;
(c)
the purposes to which any profits from the entertainment or exhibition are intended to be or have been applied; and
(d)
such other matters as the Minister may direct.
(2)  Any person furnishing as true information required under subsection (1) which he knows or has reason to believe to be false or incomplete shall be guilty of an offence under section 39.
(3)  In the event of any entertainment or exhibition in respect of which information has been furnished under subsection (1) being conducted in any manner contrary to the information so furnished the person by whom the information was furnished shall be guilty of an offence under section 39.
