—(1)  The Minister may, from time to time, by order published in the Gazette, constitute on such date as the Minister may appoint a body corporate by such name as the Minister may designate in the order comprising the owners of all the flats in the buildings erected in any housing estate or part thereof which is described therein.
(2)  A copy of the order shall be served on the Registrar of Titles who shall make an entry on the relevant parcel of land in the Land-Register to the effect that a body corporate has been constituted under subsection (1) for the buildings erected on that parcel.
