(b)
the airspace in Lot numbers 70008M, 70010C, 70011M, 70013V, 70014P, 70015T, 70016A, 70017K and 70018N; and
(c)
the subterranean space in Lot numbers 80022X, 80023L, 80024C, 80025M, 80026W, 80027V and 80029T,
shall be designated the Marina Bayfront site on which a casino may be located for a period of 30 years commencing on 23rd August 2006.
