—(1) The registered insurer, Aviva General Insurance Pte. Ltd., is exempted from the payment of $55,068.49, being the annual fees payable by the registered insurer for 2005.
(2) The exemption in sub-paragraph (1) is subject to such conditions as may from time to time be specified in writing by the Authority to the registered insurer.
