—(1) Any person who wishes to have a second test of his urine specimen shall apply in writing to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence, within 14 days after he has been notified of the result of the first test of his urine specimen.
(2) The second urine test shall be carried out in accordance with the Fourth Schedule.
