13.
—(1) A person who, immediately before 15th November 2010, holds a valid licence for a dog that is of a breed specified in Part II of the Second Schedule to the principal Rules, or any crosses thereof —
(a)
need not comply with the requirements in rule 8(2)(b), (c) or (d) of the principal Rules as amended by these Rules if, and only if, the licence remains in force or is renewed under the principal Rules; and
(b)
need not comply with the requirement in rule 8(2)(a) of the principal Rules as amended by these Rules while the licence remains in force and until such time when the licence is renewed under the principal Rules.
(2) Rule 9(1)(b) of the principal Rules as amended by these Rules shall apply only to dogs that are found in the circumstances referred to therein on or after 15th November 2010.
