9. Notwithstanding regulation 6(e) —
(a)
an authorised officer may, in his discretion, order any person having in his charge any animal to take the animal out of any Catchment Area Park, and that person shall immediately comply with the order; and
(b)
the Board or the authorised officer may, by notice in writing, prohibit any person from taking any animal or class of animals into any Catchment Area Park.
