—(1) Any application for the renewal of a licence shall be made to the Director not later than two months before the date of the expiry of the licence.
(2) Where an application for the renewal of a licence is made after the date mentioned in paragraph (1), the applicant shall pay a late payment fee which shall be 20% of the fee payable for the renewal of the licence or $100, whichever is greater.
