70B.
—(1) The Chief of Defence Force may, upon the conviction of an accused of the rank of lieutenant-colonelor colonel, impose any one or all of the following punishments:
(a)
forfeiture of seniority of rank and forfeiture of all or any part of service for the purposes of promotion;
(b)
a fine not exceeding a sum of $1,500 ; or
(c)
reprimand.

(2) In addition to or in lieu of any other punishment, the Chief of Defence Force may order that the accused shall suffer any deduction from his ordinary pay authorised by this Act.
