—(1) No person shall bring any vehicle into or cause any vehicle to be brought into the Central Water Catchment Area unless prior consent in writing of the Board or the authorised officer is obtained.
(2) Any person driving or riding a vehicle that has been allowed entry into the Central Water Catchment Area shall drive or ride the vehicle only on such roads as are indicated by traffic or other signs to be open for use by vehicles.
(3) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to areas which are Catchment Area Parks, public roads and lands permitted by the Board to be used by any person for any specified approved purposes including golf courses.
