14.
—(1) Where an approved person is a body corporate or an unincorporated body or association of persons, every director, manager, secretary or other similar officer of the body corporate or unincorporated body or association of persons shall exercise reasonable diligence to ensure that the approved person complies with these Regulations and the terms and conditions imposed under regulation 11(4)(b).
(2) Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
