Amendment of section 94A
39.  Section 94A of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting “71” in subsections (1), (2)(b) and (c) and (3) and substituting in each case “71 (1)”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “3 years” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “2 years”.
