16.
—(1) Any person using a parking place for the parking of any vehicle shall obey all lawful directions given to him by any parking warden on duty at such parking place.
(2) Where it appears to the parking warden on duty that any person using a parking place has in connection with such use contravened any provision under these Rules or any rules made under the Act, such person shall, if required by the parking warden, provide proof of his identity.
(3) Any person who fails to comply with the requirements under paragraph (1) or (2) or who gives false proof of his identity shall be guilty of an offence.
