Road Traffic (Passengers in Goods Vehicles) (Permits and Fees) (Revocation) Rules 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Passengers in Goods Vehicles) (Permits and Fees) (Revocation) Rules 2004 and shall come into operation on 31st December 2004.
Revocation
2.  The Road Traffic (Passengers in Goods Vehicles) (Permits and Fees) Rules (R 2) are revoked.
