Common Gaming Houses Act
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 3) Notification 2010.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of “The Winning Never Stops” daily lucky draws and promotion to be held from 14th February 2010 to 28th February 2010 (both dates inclusive).
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 12th February 2010.
