Road Traffic (Central Launch Training Audi A4) (Exemption) Order 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Central Launch Training Audi A4) (Exemption) Order 2008.
2. The persons set out in Part I of the Schedule shall be exempted from section 12(1) and (2) of the Act in respect of their keeping or using on any road in Singapore during the period 5th May 2008 to 12th May 2008 (both dates inclusive), any of the vehicles (not registered under the Act) bearing the registration numbers set out in Part II of the Schedule.
