Fees (Storage of Ashes in Government Columbaria) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1996
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Storage of Ashes in Government Columbaria) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st July 1996.
2. Paragraph 3(1) of the Fees (Storage of Ashes in Government Columbaria) (Consolidation) Order is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (b) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(b) the Mount Vernon Columbaria Extension (Second Phase and Third Phase) and Mandai Columbaria shall be —
(i)
$500 for a single niche; and
(ii)
$900 for a double niche.”.
