Singapore Armed Forces (Appointment of Bail Officer) (No.3) Order 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred on the Armed Forces Council by the definition of “Bail Officer” in section 182A of the Singapore Armed Forces Act, the Director, Manpower, Ministry of Defence, having been delegated such powers by the Armed Forces Council under section 8C of the Act, hereby appoints LTC Chan Wei Gan to be a Bail Officer, with effect from 15th December 2003.
