Companies (Cancellation) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4, 44(8), 97(9), 106G(1) and (3), 110(1), 113A(4) and 119(1), the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Cancellation) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2002.
2. The following subsidiary legislation are cancelled:
(a)
Approval of Trustee under Section 110 (1) — Consolidation Notification (N 2);
(b)
Companies (Institutional, Professional and Business Investors) Notification (N 4);
(c)
Companies (Recognised Stock Exchanges) Notification (N 5);
(d)
Companies (Designated Interest) (Unit Trust) Notification (N 7);
(e)
Declaration under Section 44 ( Decl 1);
(f)

(g)
