Common Gaming Houses Act
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 32) Notification 2007.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Metro Private Limited from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “TEMPUR Charity Lucky Draw” promotion from 1st December 2007 to 24th December 2007 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 14th January 2008.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Metro Private Limited with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 28th November 2007.
