Common Gaming Houses Act
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2004.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts Singapore Logistics Multi-purpose Co-operative Limited from the provisions of the Act in respect of the SLMC In Aid Of Bursary Fund promotion to be held from 1st May 2004 to 10th December 2004 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 10th December 2004.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Singapore Logistics Multi-purpose Co-operative Limited with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 15th April 2004.
