Common Gaming Houses Act
Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 36) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 36) Notification 2008.

—(1) The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Biennale Secretariat from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Windmills of Wonder” promotion from 2nd November 2008 to 16th November 2008 (both dates inclusive) and the draw on 18th November 2008.
(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Biennale Secretariat with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 22nd October 2008.
