Residential Property (Cancellation) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Residential Property Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Cancellation) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 19th July 2005 at 5 p.m.
2. The following Notifications are cancelled:
(a)
the Residential Property (Exemptions of Foreign Companies) (Consolidation) Notification (N 3);
(b)
the Residential Property (Exemptions of Foreign Companies) (Consolidation) Notification (N 3A);
(c)
the Residential Property (Exemptions under section 32(1)) (Consolidation) Notification (N 5A);
(d)
the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 1/1987) Notification (N 12);
(e)
the Residential Property (Variation of Exemption No. 4/1978) Notification (N 13);
(f)
