Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(6) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2004 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2004.
2. Item 113 in the Second Schedule to the Companies Act is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
