Interpretation (Criminal Procedure Code — Search Fees for First Information) Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Criminal Procedure Code — Search Fees for First Information) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 28th January 2011.
2. For the purposes of section 14(6) of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 (Act 15 of 2010), a search fee of $14 shall be payable when a request is made for a copy of the information recorded under section 14 of the Code.
