(Chapter 232)
Planning (Development Charges) (Amendment) Rules 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Planning (Development Charges) (Amendment) Rules 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st September 1999.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Part II of the First Schedule to the Planning (Development Charges) Rules 1998 (G.N. No. S 174/98) is deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:
