Passports Act
Passports (Authorised Officers) (Amendment) Regulations 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Passports Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Passports (Authorised Officers) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 20th September 1999.
2. The Schedule to the Passports (Authorised Officers) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the following item:
