It is hereby notified for general information that, in accordance with the definition of “immigration depot” in section 2 of the Immigration Act, the Controller of Immigration has designated the places set out in the Schedule to be Immigration Depots for the examination, inspection and detention of persons under the Act, with effect from 25th January 2010.
