Central Provident Fund Act
Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st July 1999.
2. Paragraph 3 of the Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) Order (O 1) is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (17)(e);
(b)
by deleting the comma at the end of sub-paragraph (17)(f) and substituting the word “; and”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (17)(f), the following sub-paragraph:
“(g)
the Institute of Technical Education,”.
