Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) Notification 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) Notification 2001 and shall come into operation on 26th July 2001.
2. The Minister for National Development, with the approval of the President, hereby deputes the Deputy Director, Strategic Planning Division, Ministry of National Development, to exercise the powers of the Minister under sections 22 and 29 of the Planning Act (Cap. 232).
