In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(1)(b) and (c) of the Residential Property Act, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, hereby makes the following Rules:
1. These Rules may be cited as the Residential Property (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2011.
2. The Schedule to the Residential Property (Fees) Rules (R 2) is amended —
(a)
by deleting item 1 and substituting the following item:

(a) to a Singapore company of a certificate under section 10(2) of the Act; | |
(b) to a Singapore limited liability partnership of a certificate under section 11(2) of the Act; or | |
(c) to a Singapore society of a certificate under section 16(2) of the Act |

by deleting item 2 and substituting the following item:

2. For the grant of — | $203.50. |
(a) approval for a Singapore company to become a foreign company under section 14 of the Act; | |
(b) approval for a Singapore limited liability partnership to become a foreign limited liability partnership under section 14A of the Act; or | |
(c) approval for a Singapore society to become a foreign society under section 17 of the Act |

by deleting “$650” in item 3 and substituting “$900”;
(d)
by deleting “$650” in item 4 and substituting “$800”;
(e)
by deleting “$650” in item 5 and substituting “$800”;
(f)
by deleting “$650” in item 7 and substituting “$800”;
(g)
by deleting “$650” in item 8 and substituting “$800”;
(h)
by deleting “$400” in item 9 and substituting “$600”; and
(i)
by deleting “$12.60” in item 19 and substituting “$13.50”.
