1. These Regulations may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Specified Employment) Regulations.
2. Where an employee is engaged in an employment specified in the first column of the Schedule, the person specified as the principal employer in the second column of the Schedule shall be deemed to be his employer for the purposes of the Act.
